As a customer support representative, you will interact with international clients and innovative projects. You will work closely with various departments and be supported by experienced technicians. “Customer Support Engineer”
General activities may include:
- Assisting and supporting customers to get the most out of our product
- Troubleshooting problems, offering guidance on product usage
- Improving technical documentation
- Collaboration with other departments to improve designs based on customer feedback

- Starting from an MBO education
